Had a very positive stay during my business trip between 21-28 April, glad I've chosen it. Ideal and comfortable location somewhere to stay near the JFK airport, exceeded all expectations

We booked queen room that was complete with hand soap and 2 queen beds plus a roll-in shower as advertised.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The location of the hotel was magnificent and decent - within walking distance of Chabad of Kew Gardens.

The room was dirty, long black hairs in the bath, a human nail on the ground. The staff were impatient and snappy when I was asking questions

You can make pancakes at breakfast
They charged my cedit card for 3 times! This looks like a fraud. The location of this hotel is good only for guests with car.

mixed feelings about my stay
The bed in the King Room was quite comfortable, which helped after a long day of exploring. The staff were generally accommodating and made check-in easy.
The noise levels at night were quite disruptive.

Good staff, rooms Ok noisy if you have a view over the express way. Good situation if you have a rented car (free car park). Subway station at 500 meters and only 40 minutes from Rockefeller center station. The subway line is safe even at night, police headquarter inside the Van Wyck station, good restaurants around the station. Good price hotel, well situated, good free breakfast.

Everything that was stated about the hotel on the website is factual. The room I stayed in was an exact match of the room on the hotel virtual tour. I was allowed to check in early, without having to pay any additional fees. It was in decent proximity of all locations that I intended on visiting.

Just an ideal choice for a getaway in New York with all in all great value for money. The front door to my room was pretty beaten up and not very soundproof, but the bed still provided a decent night's sleep. Make sure to check your billing details carefully before leaving.

Good location for the places we needed to be in Queens. Free parking a big plus. Overall clean and quite. Friendly helpful staff.
I rated the cleanliness as fair because there were 4 hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, one in the tub and 3 on the floor. Otherwise the room looked clean, and maid service was good. The staff was very nice and helpful, but they mixed up some of the reservations in our group which led to a 7 AM phone call about someone checking out early. The location is convenient, but not in an attractive area. It was good for us because we needed to be in Jamaica, Queens, but it would not be convenient for someone visiting Manhattan.

The convinient check in and the polite front desk staff.
The additional parking garage was very small. Manuvering was alittle difficult.

Small hotel, but clean and silent room. Simple nice breakfast provided and free parking. They were kind on keeping our luggage after our checkout so we could come back later in the afternoon to pick it up.
We chose this hotel for its proximity to jfk Airport, but it has no shuttle service and is not that close a walk to Jamaica Station, where you can catch the Airtrain (especially when you are hauling a piece of luggage). It may cost a little more but will definitely be safer and more comfortable to take a cab from the Airport to the Inn.
